Hi,
Phonecall from the support team in Montana:
All of the team members are doing just fine, they`re all in good shape (no injuries), healthy, smiling, eating well and enjoy the adventure race! They made som really tough experiences in some parts of the race, pushing their personal limits to a new level… Yet they`re having a short break in a small village (to justify their “holiday”…).
Most reasonable, the mtn. trekking will pass on for 12 hours before turning CP 30/ Ennis Lake where the final mtn.biking will make it to the finish. The team is really thrilled about the great response from all of you! Big kisses to their wifes and families! Tomorrow, in the middle of the day(?), they hope they`ll see the finish line!
Heidi

Fantastic to follow you! Try to bring the momentum into the last section of mountain biking to attempt to keep that eigth spot, . I know it will be hard since they are good bikers. You also have team 27 ahead of you by less than 20 minutes! Good luck!!!! A few more hours and it is over, I am so impressed wiht the progress!

between you, 27 & 47 you were the only team that did the extra loop by CP 26. If that was bonus time, leverage it! You can make 7th!! Show us one of those superb transitions now!

Come on, get out of transition! YOu have been there for 10 minutes already! We used to do them in 3 minutes. What is going on? Have you guys lost it? I got money on you guys!:)
Good luck! I am excited about the last couple of hours!

Tuesday morning and it looks as if they are still doing fine on the last biking section. The gap up to team 27 is not realistic to close, but on the other hand there seems to be a safe distance back to team 47. This means you most likely will finish as no 8, unless penalty- or bonustime shakes up the scoreboard. Anyway, this is superb! It has been great to follow you through the race. Congratulations, congratualtions….World Class achievement!!!
